Description: Chocolate Habanero (or Congo Black) is an exceptionally hot, highly fragrant Capsicum chinense pepper from the Yucatan Peninsula. Ripening from green to a rich brown, it packs a massive punch at 300,000 to 577,000 Scoville Heat Units and features a distinct smoky, earthy sweetness compared to standard habaneros.
